Williams avoided off-field legal issues after authorities recently declined to file charges, keeping him clear to maintain his starting perimeter role opposite Amon-Ra St. Brown. While he remains Detroit's primary deep threat, his production has been modest through three games with 10 receptions for 127 yards on 17 targets.
