Barner continues to operate as Seattle's primary tight end in an offense incorporating frequent two-tight-end sets alongside rookie Elijah Arroyo. He capped off last week's victory with a one-yard touchdown sneak, but his involvement in the passing attack has been minimal to start the year, catching all three of his targets for 21 yards over two games.

Facing an 0-2 Washington squad as road favorites in a projected low-scoring environment, Seattle may not need heavy aerial volume. Our models project Barner for around two catches and 17 yards, leaving him on the fantasy bench in standard leagues where he is rostered in just 9% of formats.
