Ted Hurst enters Week 4 with an expanding role on the outside for Tampa Bay, especially with Jalen McMillan on injured reserve and Chris Godwin dealing with an ankle issue. However, the offense faces uncertainty after starting quarterback Baker Mayfield was ruled out with a thumb injury, leaving backup Jalon Daniels to lead the unit at home against Green Bay.
