Following a productive rookie season with 198 carries, TreVeyon Henderson enters his second year competing for the lead role in New England. Although currently listed behind Rhamondre Stevenson on the depth chart, our models project Henderson to command a substantial workload of 179 carries and 37 receptions.
Henderson’s ADP has drifted slightly from 41 in early June to 47 in mid-July. This minor slide represents a value opportunity in 1.0 PPR formats. Fantasy managers are showing slight hesitation, with his start rate dipping to 75% over the last month, but his high-end talent makes him a steal.
With our projection of 866 rushing yards and seven touchdowns, Henderson offers a safe weekly floor. If he secures the primary job over Stevenson in training camp, he can easily exceed our projected 196.4 fantasy points and yield a huge return.

Stevenson enters the year as the primary option in the New England backfield. While the depth chart includes TreVeyon Henderson and rookie Jam Miller, our models project Stevenson to lead the committee with 162 carries and 36 receptions. His established role in both the running and passing games provides a stable baseline in PPR formats.
His ADP has slipped slightly from 71 in early June to 75 currently. This minor slide makes him an enticing value opportunity in PPR drafts.
