Even though Chris Boswell is a kicker by position, on this fake field goal attempt, he is a passer. A defender cannot hit the passer forcibly in the head or neck area. IMO this should have been a 15 yard penalty for roughing in #PITvsCLE. pic.twitter.com/EXnOfledfv

Anthony McFarland Jr.
Benny Snell Jr.
Odell Beckham Jr.
Holding on rookie C Kendrick Green negates the two-point conversion. So now the #Steelers go for it from the 12 and Roethlisberger's pass doe NOT find Diontae Johnson. (Side note: The Pittsburgh OL has to get its penalties under control. So many, I keep losing count.) twitter.com/akinkhabwala/s…

#Steelers with a gutty, gutty 15-10 win over the #Browns and Ben Roethlisberger walks off the First Energy Stadium field, waving to the crowd. Send off, indeed.
Mike Tomlin might get calls about some high-profile college jobs after that big NFL win.
Harris had 26 carries for 91 yards and a touchdown while catching all three of his targets for 29 yards during Sunday's 15-10 win at Cleveland.
The rookie first-round pick continues to be a workhorse back for Pittsburgh, and he has at least 21 touches in each of the past five games. Harris has 622 yards from scrimmage and four scores during that span, and he should continue to power the Steelers' offense Week 9 against the Bears.

Steelers quote of the day: From Cam Heyward (Ohio State) about TE Pat Freiermuth (Penn State): "Freiermuth got a win in Ohio. That does not happen often."
Zach Banner is a healthy scratch. Makes zero sense. He should be starting.

Come to think of it, Garrett technically didn't sack Mason Rudolph in that game, which is why he's not on his cape. pic.twitter.com/sLaqCCsfkP
Inactive for the Steelers today are QB Dwayne Haskins, LB Melvin Ingram, TE Eric Ebron, CB Ahkello Witherspoon, LB Buddy Johnson and OT Zach Banner

Garrett has beaten Dan Moore immediately on almost every play. Only Steelers league-fastest time to throw has prevented him from a multi-sack first half
Pressley Harvin is practicing kicking into the net and Cam Sutton is practicing holding.
For those wondering… I'm told #Steelers LB Melvin Ingram (who is OUT) did not travel to Cleveland with the team

The Cleveland Browns have made it clear that today’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers is a very important one. Earlier in the week, Jarvis Landry noted that he be playing in the game, one he believed was close to a ‘must-win.’
At 4 – 3, the Browns are not where they expected to be this far into the season. Cleveland had expectations after a playoff appearance in 2020 and a great offseason. Injuries and a couple of close losses have kept them from meeting those expectations early in the season.
Thankfully, the AFC North, and AFC as a whole, hasn’t had overwhelming success either this season. Despite their struggles, the Browns are just one game out of the division and conference lead
D'Ernest Johnson. The former fisherman is more than just a great, great story. Ten-yard TD from the RB. A beautiful cut on Devin Bush and that caps an efficient eight play-86 yard drive: #Browns 10 #Steelers 3
#Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr., dealing with an AC joint sprain in his shoulder, should be good to go today vs the #Steelers, source said, while DE Jadeveon Clowney (ankle, groin) is a game-time decision.
Browns' RT Jack Conklin is being carted off the field.
This is just like the harness #Browns QB Baker Mayfield will be wearing to prevent him from moving his shoulder recklessly in the heat of the moment. After all, as OC Alex Van Pelt told me: "It's hard to coach the dawg out of someone." pic.twitter.com/5P5HsNyds1
So if A.J. Green turns around last week and it's a TD pass, am I still getting all these tweets that Kyler is not only injury-prone but is apparently terrible most games because he is hurt all the time?
49% of the snaps for Nick Chubb and 39% for D'Ernest Johnson. Browns are sticking with the RBBC even without Kareem Hunt. (per @NextGenStats )
Big Austin Hooper drop costs Browns TD. 30y FG makes it 3-0, Browns.

Kevin Stefanski finally cries uncle and elects not to go for it on a 4th and 1 at midfield. The Browns' miserable effort on fourth downs this year may have finally beaten him down.
#Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said Jack Conklin dislocated left elbow, John Johnson III has neck sprain
#Browns CB Tim Harris is in game. Was elevated off practice squad Saturday.
#Browns S Ronnie Harrison Jr. taken off field by coaches after unnecessary roughness penalty
#Browns Greg Newsome was back on that 2nd 2 point attempt
The Cleveland Browns take on the Pittsburgh Steelers today in a Halloween matchup that will decide the last-place team in the AFC North through eight games. The visiting Steelers are coming off a bye week while the Browns had extra days off following their Thursday Night Football victory.
Both teams had time to get healthy but will still have some injury concerns going into the game.
Cleveland has already ruled out Denzel Ward, Donovan Peoples-Jones and Richard LeCounte III and listed six players as questionable
Malik McDowell chasing screens down on the sideline. Total freak.
With injuries and the new rules that went into place in 2020 due to COVID-19, the Cleveland Browns have stayed constantly busy with their roster. Andrew Berry and company have always looked to churn the bottom of the roster and practice squad to put the team in the best place to win week in and week out with a bit of an eye on the future as well.
The most recent roster moves in advance of Sunday’s game with the Pittsburgh Steelers include elevating two players off the practice squad and bringing back offensive lineman Alex Taylor
