Brian Robinson was so excited for his "My cause my cleats" footwear that he swore media folk to secrecy this week before offering a sneak peek. He's now made the reveal on IG. pic.twitter.com/jjfkudN7xf

Game News
Officially active: Jerry Jeudy, Courtland Sutton, Travis Etienne, Zay Jones, Darius Slayton, Antonio Gibson. Officially inactive: Michael Carter, Denico Autry, David Ojabo, Chase Young.
(5/6) • OLB Azeez Ojulari is back, but look for him to be on a pitch count after missing the past seven games. • Could really use Adoree' Jackson for this Terry McLaurin matchup. He's torched the Giants in the past.
Taylor Heinicke is here and he's rocking a pocket watch. This is swagger I will never know. #Commanders pic.twitter.com/srS1PLkpsa
Washington DE Chase Young, still waiting to make his 2022 debut and listed as questionable for Sunday due to his knee injury, will work out pre-game to see if he can play vs. the Giants, but the Commanders have a bye next week, and if Young rests Sunday, he gets two weeks off.
Wow. On 4th and 4 from the Giants' 27, the D had Taylor Heinicke on the run. He somehow threw across his body for 20 yards to Curtis Samuel who seemed to be well-covered. And on we go.
The New York Giants and Washington Commanders locked up in a Week 13 game that had significant playoff ramifications.
You couldn’t tell by how the Giants left the gate, losing a fumble early and falling behind 10-0 in the first quarter. But then they settled in and went on a 20-3 run to bring the score to 20-13 early in the third quarter.
From there, things hit a wall. Both defenses tightened up and foolish penalties on both sides ruined offensive drives. A 52-yard field from Joey Slye also sailed wide, which left Washington down a touchdown
Jahan Dotson with the incredible play after the catch to break it for a TD pic.twitter.com/yFkSsFkqjP
Commanders being tested here. This is a vintage Washington drive in that they are running it downhill and dominating Giants' line. But two flags on Logan Thomas have them behind the sticks. 2nd-and-16 feels hard to overcome for this group.
Key block on the TD by Mark Glowinski on Daron Payne. More redemption. #Giants
Charles Leno on the tie: "I heard this from one of my coaches: It's like you kissed your sister. And it makes sense. Think about it. If you were a kid back in the day, ‘Oh, did you kiss a girl? No. But I kissed my sister.' It's not technically a win. But it's not a loss."
Injury update: DE Montez Sweat is being evaluated for a concussion
Darrick Forrest is as physical as you're legally allowed to be at the safety position in today's NFL. That dude thumps. #Commanders
Danny Johnson with the sack 💪 @Acronis | #HTTC pic.twitter.com/hgIIoyaNOL
That was a great example of Jamin Davis' athleticism. Managed to catch up to Slayton on the sift and make the tackle for just 3 yards. Many LBs wouldn't have caught up
Christian Holmes was reallu looking for offensive pass interference here. Slayton definitely gets his hands on him and grabs him, but refs deem it not enough contact to merit the flag pic.twitter.com/MoVnwyOQM0
Tyler Larsen down on the ground. Looks like Nick Martin will come in for him.
The Washington Commanders [7-5] and the New York Giants [7-4] are arguably playing their most significant regular-season game against one another since Joe Gibbs and Bill Parcells roamed the sidelines in the 1980s.
So, a fast start was imperative for the Commanders at MetLife Stadium.
The Giants were on offense first when Washington defensive tackle Jonathan Allen forced a fumble, and linebacker Jamin Davis recovered. The Commanders drove down to inside New York’s five-yard line but were stopped short and settled for a field goal
Bobby McCain and Jon Bostic sniffed out that short pass on 3rd. Gano from 48 is... good. 10-3
Efe Obada, in theory, should be able to relate to a tie better than most. The Washington Commanders defensive end speaks with a British accent, lived in London for years and is such a soccer fan that last month, he participated in an online viewing party with actor Matthew McConaughey to watch England's World Cup match with the United States -- a game that ended in a draw.
Jon Feliciano said he was flexing in the direction of teammate Darius Slayton after he made a strong play. That prompted the taunting flag in fourth quarter. "It sucks when you play 2 teams. I'm probably gonna get fined for that," Feliciano said about the call.
(2/6) • Biggest game of Daniel Jones' career. He couldn't have picked a better opponent. Jones is 4-1 vs. Washington in his career and he's had some big games passing and running. Should be a matchup that gets the zone-read going.
The #Giants won't have WR Kenny Golladay today after all. He woke up feeling worse today than yesterday and now won't play. An illness makes him inactive.
Giants defense stands tall again. Heinicke firing high all game long. Richie James, sans sleeves, fields the punt cleanly and returns it across midfield. Giants offense: up 20-13, 6:22 left, possession at the Washington 47. Chance to put the game away.
Giants going with just two tight ends active today a sign that Daniel Bellinger should have a solid workload in his return. It's Bellinger and Nick Vannett at the position.
Saquon Barkley redemption. Bursts through hole quickly for 13-yard TD. No hesitation. #Giants
Kayvon Thibodeaux with the massive sack in OT. Second career sack.
Graham Gano knew he needed five more yards as he lined up for the potential game-winning field goal. Said it's why Washington chose the other direction at the coin toss. 53 yards was the max. Felt he hit the ball well, operation was good and just came up short.
Isaiah Hodgins gets his first career TD after having one taken away last week. It's 20-13 Giants.
Azeez Ojulari with the sack/fumble and fumble recovery. The #Giants surely happy he's back.
Giants appear to be going with this CB combo: Fabian Moreau and Nick McCloud on the outside. Zyon Gilbert (from the practice squad) in the slot.
INJURY UPDATE: DL Leonard Williams (neck) is questionable to return.
A change for the Giants today: WR Marcus Johnson is expected to return kickoffs, per sources. Johnson is a burner, so he's a more dynamic option than Gary Brightwell as the Giants seek sparks wherever possible.
Fabian Moreau with 2 huge plays on final drive of regulation. #giants #Commanders
Giants starting offensive line in warmups as expected: LT Andrew Thomas LG Nick Gates C Jon Feliciano RG Mark Glowinski RT Evan Neal
Jihad Ward: "Personally, I'm treating this like an L." #Giants
Dexter Lawrence sacks Heinecke on third and long, and Washington will send Slye out for a 52-yard FG. And he misses wide right. Giants still up 20-13. 10:06 left.
Another surprise for Giants with inactives: no Lawrence Cager, either, to go along with Holmes.
Giants center Jon Feliciano: Not happy with the taunting penalty that was called against him. Danced around criticism of officials for a few questions, trying to avoid a fine. Later, tho, Feliciano couldn't resist. On a tie: "It sucks, especially when you're playing two teams."
(4/6) • Commanders live in nickel. Do Giants get back to more multi-TE sets as a counter? Nick Vannett brings more of a blocking presence. • Commanders offense features pre-snap motion/misdirection/play-action. That type of offense has been a problem for the Giants.
(6/6) • Wonder if we see an expanded role for S Tony Jefferson to get more athleticism on the field, especially with Washington going with heavier personnel lately.
Moreau will start at one spot. Think Flott/Rodarius Williams rotate at the other with Nick McCloud in the slot. But that's just a guess because I didn't see Holmes' inactive coming twitter.com/jcsteer/status…
Oshane Ximines just completely gave up the edge, good play call on a pitch to Robinson for a gain of 16.
My bad. Yes, Chris Myarick is also at the position, but he spends time in the backfield. Overlooked him. twitter.com/art_stapleton/…
#Giants HC Brian Daboll says this was a "tough, hard fought game." Asked what he makes of a tie and if he's happy, Daboll says no because you always want to win
Julian Love was in the medical tent during that offensive possession but he's back on the field in his customary role as the personal protector on this punt.
