Stop the presses! Mark Ingram II just had a season-long 24-yard run. Longest by a back this season.

One #Texans note: OL Marcus Cannon, who was placed on Injured Reserve a week ago, recently had back surgery and is out roughly 12 weeks, source said. That means its almost certainly season-ending.
Brandin Cooks: We're an undisciplined team. I'm being very honest with you. From all of us. We've all got some type of accountability in that. "We're undisciplined. It's just the truth."
The addition of a balanced and effective running game has made all the difference for the Cardinals this season. It's something they haven't had since David Johnson went off in 2015.
Alarming the amount of completions this Colts' scheme gives up: 73.2% this season, 3rd worst in the league 69.2% since 2018, worst in the league Texans rookie QB Davis Mills is 14-for-17 so far today
Desmond King and Nico Collins are both active today for Texans
🚨 Ka'imi Fairbairn gets us on the board after entering the @TDECU red zone 🚨
#Texans Injury Update: #18 WR Chris Conley is questionable to return with a neck injury. #HOUvsIND

#Texans Injury Update: #8 DB Terrence Brooks has been downgraded to out with a chest injury. #HOUvsIND
Texans rookie QB-Davis Mills has struggled in taking over for Tyrod Taylor. But Mills was really good last week, throwing for 312 yards, 3 TDs and 0 INTs. Colts could see rookie QBs in 4 of their next 5 games, and 6 more times in total this season.
HOUSTON — Houston Texans wide receiver Chris Conley sustained a neck injury during their Week 6 match against the Indianapolis Colts, and his return is questionable. At the time of his injury, Conley had 10 yards on one catch for the game.
With Conley out, the Texans will rely upon rookie wideout Nico Collins and Chris Moore — as the two receivers have recorded a combined 50 yards on six receptions midway through the third quarter.
Although his numbers do not justify his significance to the Texans’ offense, offensive coordinator Tim Kelly says Conley does every the coaching staff ask of him
T.Y. Hilton burns the Houston Texans defense. It’s what he does.
The Indianapolis Colts receiver has generated 97 catches for 1,718 yards and 11 touchdowns through 18 career games. Hilton has also produced eight 100-yard games against the Texans’ defense.
Houston played a 3-4 scheme from 2011-20. The Texans have turned to a Tampa 2 under defensive coordinator Lovie Smith, who seeks to turn the page on Hilton’s historic devastation of Houston’s defense.
“That part of history, I wish I did know,†Smith said. “But it doesn’t surprise me. You could probably say he’s burned a lot of people most of his career. He’s just an excellent football player. But as far as we’re concerned, it’s a new year. We assume there’s going to be great players on the other side of the ball at all positions. It seems like that’s what we’ve faced each week.â€
The Houston Texans got to see more from their other third-round rookie Sunday in the 31-3 loss to the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium in Week 6.
Third-round receiver Nico Collins returned to the lineup for the first time since Week 2 when he was placed on injured reserve. Collins caught four passes for 44 yards against the Colts, the second-leading receiver in catches and yards behind Brandin Cooks’ nine catches for 89 yards.
“Very happy with Nico coming back,†coach David Culley said. “He gave us a little spark there, made some plays. We were a little concerned because the last time he got hit in a game was the last game he had played. He came in and did a nice job for us. Very glad to have him back.â€
Again, T.Y. Hilton owns the Texans: 18 career games, 1,718 yards, 17.7 yards per receptions FWIW, Hilton has been much more explosive in Houston vs. in Indy: -9 road games: 52 catches, 1,061 yards, 8 TDs -9 home games: 45 catches, 657 yards, 3 TDs
Moment of the day and we haven't even kicked off the game yet. #Colts QB Carson Wentz coming out to see his friend, #1 fan and guest @GioThePodcaster. I've never seen a bigger smile on a kids face. pic.twitter.com/1OcSZaDNtr

I'm not sure anyone punches the football out better than Darius Leonard.
Colts coach Frank Reich — who's been in this league as a player and coach for 30+ years — says TY Hilton gave one of the best pregame speeches he's ever heard before this one.
Biggest play of Parris Campbell's career. Long time coming. He's worked his way back from a nightmare list of injuries to get here.
Mo Alie-Cox has to have that ball in the end zone.
Indianapolis Colts tight end Jack Doyle was fined $10,815 for unnecessary roughness against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 5.
Though he wasn’t penalized for it, Doyle was seen pushing Ravens cornerback Tavon Young’s head after a play was already over. Young retaliated by shoving Doyle and was penalized but not fined.
Colts TE Jack Doyle was fined $10,815 for unnecessary roughness on the fourth-quarter play Monday where Ravens CB Tavon Young was flagged for unnecessary roughness. Doyle pushed Young's head into the ground and Young retaliated with a shove. Young was not fined
The Colts won't get this turnover, but I do think that play is a great example of how Julian Blackmon has been playing the past couple weeks. He started the season very shaky, but he has turned it on. The play speed is FAST.
Would really like to see Khari Willis come up with that interception. That play would literally take points off the board. Gotta have it.
Show of hands of everybody who bet Kwity Paye would get first INT before first sack?
That's just the second sack of the season for DeForest Buckner. I think he's played well but production definitely matters given his salary.
Really nice play by Kenny Moore. Texans are going to keep throwing those screens, but Indy's done a pretty good job on it so far.
Colts cornerback Rock Ya-Sin is having his left ankle taped on the sideline, so looks like he might try to return to the game at some point.
Nice read by Isaiah Rodgers, who makes a leaping INT for the #Colts third takeaway today.
Not only did Eric Fisher trip that rusher, the trip sent the Texans rusher into Wentz's lower leg, which is dangerous as heck.
Cox-Wentz connection is malfunctioning today. Rigoberto Sanchez's magic leg is not. #Colts
Offensive line could be fully healthy for the first time next week. Reich said team will "hopefully" get back Quenton Nelson and Braden Smith "maybe this week." #Colts
Indianapolis Colts safety Jordan Lucas suffered a knee injury and won’t return against the Houston Texans on Sunday.
It isn’t clear when Lucas suffered the knee injury. He was signed to the practice squad this week and elevated along with kicker Michael Badgley.
Andrew Sendejo was inactive for the game against the Texans because of a concussion he suffered in Week 5. The safety room will now consist of Khari Willis, Julian Blackmon and George Odum.

Houston Texans special teams coach Frank Ross is going home.
In Week 6, the Texans take on the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium. Ross spent the past three seasons with the AFC South club as an assistant special teams coach alongside Raymond Ventrone.
Ross wouldn’t get into what it meant to go against his former team, or any of his former colleagues. Instead, Ross kept the focus on the game.
“We’re going up against a very, very good special teams unit,†said Ross. “They’re well-coached, they have guys that have been in their core four, playing and developing. That is their developmental engine of the team in Indianapolis. You see guys grow, growing from undrafted free agent special teams types of players into offensive and defensive players. Guys like Ashton Dulin, guys like E.J. Speed, Zaire Franklins, Matthew Adams, core players for them. George Odum can play in the secondary. Core players for them that have time to develop and grow in the kicking game, and now you see it at its all-time height
