Summary
Corum is one of the more polarizing players in the 2024 NFL Draft. A lot of people love him and a lot of other people don't. We have seen him ranked as the top running back in this class and we have seen him ranked outside of the top 10. We have him ranked as the ninth running back heading into the draft. We have him ranked so low because there is nothing special about him as an athlete. He does everything well but nothing great.
He's the kind of player you love to root for, nevertheless, we just don't think he has what it takes to be a successful starting running back in the NFL. The speed, strength and explosiveness aren't there. However, there there is a real chance he could be drafted in the second round and be one of the top backs off the board on Night 2, or he could fall towards the end of Night of 2. We would guess he sneaks into Round 2 or goes early in Round 3.

Our Take
Corum is a tough player who has made the most of his talent and then some. Unfortunately, he is a player built for college football. We don't see him being a difference-maker in the NFL due to his lack of physical skill.
There is certainly a reason why he was a fan favorite at Michigan and he had an incredible college career. There is no chance we would draft him until Day 3 of the 2024 NFL Draft. He's just too limited with little to no upside.
