White Sox 2, Royals 1 (Game 1)

Gavin Sheets hit a solo home run and drew a walk for Chicago in game one of the doubleheader. Paul DeJong had two hits, while Eloy Jimenez walked two times.

Nick Loftin tallied two of the five Kansas City hits. Vinnie Pasquantino and Salvador Perez each walked twice, with Pasquantino also doubling.

Royals 4, White Sox 2 (Game 2)

Perez hit a two-run homer to help KC take game two. Hunter Renfroe hit a solo homer and also walked once. 

Bobby Witt Jr. stole a base and tallied two hits to raise his average to .324 for the season. Adam Frazier got on base twice to raise his on-base percentage to .378.

DeJong doubled and homered among his three hits for Chicago. His homer was a two-run shot, and he also walked in the contest. Nicky Lopez reached base twice.

Giants 3, Marlins 1

Thairo Estrada doubled among his two hits, drove in a run and scored once for San Francisco. Jorge Soler had two hits, a walk and a run scored, while Jung Hoo Lee had two knocks and a run scored. Patrick Bailey also reached base twice and stole a base.

Bryan De La Cruz homered for the lone Miami run. He had two hits in the contest.

Orioles 4, Twins 2

Cedric Mullins hit a two-run walk-off homer for Baltimore. Gunnar Henderson and Anthony Santander hit solo shots for the team’s other runs. Henderson and Ryan Mountcastle finished with two total hits.

Alex Kirilloff reached base twice for Minnesota. 

Rangers 5, Tigers 4

Adolis Garcia doubled, drove in two runs and scored once for Texas - Garcia now has a .304 average and .359 OBP. Jonah Heim drove in two runs on a hit, while Marcus Semien scored twice for Texas.

Kerry Carpenter and Parker Meadows each hit solo home runs for Detroit. Riley Greene and Mark Canha drew two walks each, Meadows also walked and Spencer Torkelson got on base twice and scored once.

Brewers 1, Padres 0

Blake Perkins plated Brice Turang for the game’s lone run. Turang singled before stealing second and then scored on a Perkins single. Willy Adames got on base twice for Milwaukee.

No San Diego player got on base more than once. Jackson Merrill and Matthew Batten tripled, while Kyle Higashioka doubled.

Mets 9, Pirates 1

Harrison Bader and Starling Marte each hit a two-run homer for New York. Tyrone Taylor drove in two runs on three hits, stole a base and also scored once.

Brandon Nimmo had two RBIs on two hits for the Mets. Pete Alonso scored twice after drawing two walks. 

Oneil Cruz delivered two hits for Pittsburgh. Bryan Reynolds got on base twice and drove in the team’s only run.

Braves 5, Astros 4 (10 inn.)

Marcell Ozuna and Ronald Acuna Jr. each hit solo homers for Atlanta - it was the eighth bomb for Ozuna and the first for Acuna, who finished with two hits.

Michael Harris II scored twice for Atlanta, while Orlando Arcia bumped his average to .377 after plating two runs on two hits. Matt Olson walked twice and drove in a run.

Yordan Alvarez and Mauricio Dubon each hit solo shots for Houston. Alvarez finished with two hits and two runs scored. 

Jose Altuve got on base three times and scored once, while Yainer Diaz added two hits. Alex Bregman had a hit, three walks and a RBI. Kyle Tucker got on twice and drove in a run.

Yankees 6, Blue Jays 4

Juan Soto and Giancarlo Stanton each clubbed solo homers for New York. Soto also doubled among his three total hits, walked twice and drove in two total runs. Stanton also drew a walk.

Oswaldo Cabrera doubled among his two hits and scored once, while Aaron Judge drove in two on a hit. 

Daulton Varsho hit two homers - a solo and two-run shot - for Toronto. Kevin Kiermaier had three hits, a walk and a run scored. Bo Bichette got on base twice and drove in a run, while Vladimir Guerrero Jr. got on twice.

Nationals 2, Dodgers 0

CJ Abrams homered for Washington. Luis Garcia Jr. and Eddie Rosario each reached base twice, with Garcia also stealing two bases.

Shohei Ohtani had three of the five Los Angeles hits in the contest. He also stole a base. Ohtani is hitting .360 and has a .400 OBP now.

Athletics 6, Cardinals 3

Esteury Ruiz hit a two-run homer, stole a base and scored twice for Oakland. Tyler Nevin doubled among his three hits, drove in a run and scored once.

Zack Gelof, Ryan Noda and Nick Allen all reached base twice for the Athletics. Gelof also scored a run.

Willson Contreras doubled twice, drove in a run and scored once for St. Louis. Ivan Herrera got on base twice and drove in two runs. Masyn Winn walked twice and now has a .404 OBP.

Lars Nootbaar and Nolan Arenado also got on twice and scored once for the Cardinals. Nootbar also stole a base.

Cubs 5, Diamondbacks 3

Cody Bellinger hit a two-run homer for Chicago. Bellinger finished with two hits and two runs scored.

Michael Busch stayed hot with two hits and an RBI, while Mike Tauchman had two hits, an RBI and a run scored. Dansby Swanson had two knocks, a stolen base and a run scored. 

Arizona’s Ketel Marte hit his fifth homer of the season and finished with three hits and two RBIs. Joc Pederson hit a solo homer. 

Mariners 5, Reds 1

Cal Raleigh, Mitch Garver and Josh Rojas all homered for Seattle (all solo shots). Raleigh also walked twice, while Garver walked once. 

Julio Rodriguez had two knocks for the Mariners. Ty France walked three times and now has a .344 OBP. 

Elly De La Cruz hit his fifth homer of the season for the lone Cincinnati run. The Reds had just one hit and a walk in the contest.

Phillies 7, Rockies 6

Kyle Schwarber hit two homers (a two-run shot and a solo bomb) for Philadelphia. Trea Turner hit a solo homer among his three hits and scored once.

Brandon Marsh had two hits and an RBI for Philly, while Johan Rojas got on base three times, stole a base and scored once. Alec Bohm doubled, walked, drove in a run and scored once.

Ezequiel Tovar bumped his average to .306 with three hits for Colorado. He drove in two runs and scored once. Ryan McMahon improved his average to .361 with two hits, and scored once.

Jacob Stallings delivered two hits and walked once for Colorado. Sean Bouchard got on base three times and scored once.

Angels 5, Rays 4

Mike Trout hit his eighth homer (a two-run shot) of the season and also walked for Los Angeles. Taylor Ward stole a base and drove in a run on three hits to bump his average to .312.

Nolan Schanuel had three hits and a run scored for the Angels, while Anthony Rendon drove in two runs on two hits and scored once. Zach Neto reached base twice and stole a base.

Amed Rosario hit a two-run homer among his two hits and scored twice for the Rays. Yandy Diaz and Isaac Paredes had two hits and a run scored each. Jose Caballero got on base twice.

Red Sox 2, Guardians 0

Connor Wong hit a solo homer among his two hits to lead Boston at the plate. Jarren Duran also had two hits. 

Cleveland only had three hits, while failing to draw a walk.
