Redskins signed OT Levi Jones, formerly of the Bengals. Once a Pro Bowl-caliber left tackle, Jones' career has stalled due to nagging knee injuries. After working him out earlier this season, the Lions and Packers both passed, which doesn't say much about his current talent level. The Redskins are desperate for a tackle, however, so Jones could move into the lineup quickly.

Chris Samuels (spine) said Sunday he is feeling better and hasn't ruled out playing again. Samuels told some teammates he was planning on retiring, but has apparantly changed those plans. Our View: He's taking the roster spot of Chris Samuels. He should play on special teams, and occasionally as a blocker in the running game.

Samuels is out for the season and was placed on injured reserve on Oct. 31.

Impacts: The six-time Pro Bowl lineman has a chronic spinal condition and will decide in a few months whether to return next season or retire.

News: Is Santana Moss worth a start in Week 11 at Dallas? On the surface it doesn't look good for him as the Cowboys secondary has rebounded vs. the pass and Moss had his worst week since Week 1 last time out. But history suggests that Moss steps it up for the Cowboys -- he has three games with at least 110 yards passing in last four against him with at least five receptions in all four of those games.

Analysis: Moss has one 100-yard game this season and just three games with at least five catches, so there's reason to believe his history against the Cowboys might fade a little bit. He's worth starting as a low-end No. 3 WR or flex option for Week 11, but that's about it

Campbell was 17 of 26 for 193 yards and a touchdown Sunday in the Redskins' 27-17 win over Denver.

Impacts: Campbell's numbers haven't been that bad this season, but he's in a mess of a situation in Washington. With the right system, he could perhaps thrive elsewhere, but that probably isn't going to happen with the Redskins.

Campbell completed 17 of 26 passes for 193 yards and one touchdown in Week 10. He also added 15 rushing yards.

With Clinton Portis ruled out again, Betts will get his second consecutive start in Sunday's game at Dallas, the Associated Press reports.

Spin: The good news here is that Betts' owners won't have to factor in the possibility of Portis playing into their Week 11 lineup equation. News: According to the Redskins official Twitter page, RB Clinton Portis (concussion) will not play Sunday at Dallas. The report says Portis still has some "blurriness" from the concussion, according to coach Jim Zorn. Portis missed Week 10 against Denver after sustaining the concussion in Week 9 against Atlanta.

Analysis: Ladell Betts will start again for the Redskins against the Cowboys, but it's a tough matchup for him. The Cowboys have been stellar in run defense. Dallas has yet to allow a 100-yard rusher, and only one running back (Michael Turner in Week 7) has scored against the Cowboys since Week 1. Last week, Dallas held Ryan Grant to 19 carries for 79 yards. Consider Betts a No. 3 Fantasy RB against the Cowboys

The Redskins have re-signed free agent running back Quinton Ganther. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Our View: Ganther was released by the Redskins on November 6th, but found his way back onto the roster. He expects to see some playing time on Sunday, but don't expect him to provide much if anything in fantasy leagues.

Williams, who has started the last four games, is out two to four weeks with a ligament tear in his ankle suffered in Sunday's 31-17 loss at Atlanta.

Impacts: Williams had been emerging as a starter, and this is a big blow for a Redskins' running game that will also likely be missing Clinton Portis on Sunday against Denver.

Syracuse junior WR Mike Williams has reportedly quit the team for undisclosed reasons. Williams did not play last year because of academic problems and was suspended from Syracuse's game against Akron two weeks ago for violating team policy. Williams, a redshirt junior has one year of eligibility but is expected to declare for the draft.

The Washington Redskins have shaken up their offensive line, inserting Williams at right guard and putting Chad Rinehart on the inactive list against Carolina.

Impacts: Williams has battled weight issues and hasn't played in a game since the 2005 season. He has also played only tackle in the past.

News: Washington TE Todd Yoder caught a 2-yard TD pass from Jason Campbell in the Week 10 win over the Broncos. It was only the team's second touchdown scored in the first quarter all season. Yoder finished with just the one catch.

Analysis: Yoder has now produced statistics in exactly two games this season and has exactly two catches for two touchdowns. He seems like a decent shot to find the end zone against Dallas in Week 11 but we still can't recommend him in Fantasy play since he could also easily go without a catch altogether
