The Falcons have signed Eric Brock to their practice squad, according to ESPN.
Our View: Brock was signed to provide emergency depth at safety with rookie William Moore done for 2009. Brock should continue to be ignored in IDP leagues.

Falcons placed S William Moore (hamstring) on injured reserve, ending his season. The Falcons had already lost first-round DT Peria Jerry and starting corner Brian Williams for the season. Moore, the team's second-round pick, was expect to make an impact as a run-stuffer, but he's been a bit player in the Falcons' defense.
