Jeff Gordon takes wild ride during mad dash to the finish at Daytona

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Jeff Gordon recorded another career first Saturday night at Daytona International Speedway.It wasn’t exactly a feat for the record books, though.The four-time Cup champion rolled a stock car onto its roof for the first time when he crashed on lap 74 of the Budweiser Shootout. His car hit the outside wall, slid on its driver’s side for several hundred feet and rolled three times before coming to a stop on its roof.
