Our View: Young has still appeared in only 35 games for the Titans since he was drafted in 2006, but the results haven't been pretty: 33 interceptions compared to 22 touchdowns, a 56.9 completion percentage and overall quarterback rating of 67.8. That being said, he should have a chance to improve all those numbers in the second half of Tennessee's lost 2009 season.
