The NBA postseason continues with three games on Monday, April 29.

The Boston Celtics and Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder and New Orleans play in game 4 matchups, while the Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets play game 5 in their series.

Let’s take a look at some of the best fantasy options for the day for those of you playing in fantasy playoff leagues or doing DFS.

Explore the best in-season tool to manage lineup/start decisions including waiver pickups, projections, trade suggestions, trade value charts, rest of season rankings, power rankings, and tons more with Fantasy Assistant. Use our fantasy basketball trade analyzer to break down trade scenarios.

Celtics at Heat

No Boston players are on the injury report as the team looks to go up 3-1 in the series.

Jayson Tatum is the top Boston player on the FantasySP Projections page. He’s averaging 24.3 points, 9.7 rebounds, 6.3 assists and 0.7 steals and assists per game, while turning the ball over twice per contest. Tatum is shooting just 42.6% overall and 23.8% from deep.

Kristaps Porzingis is the second-ranked Boston player on our projections. He’s averaging 14 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2 blocks and 1.7 steals per game. Porzingis is shooting 41.9% overall and 41.2% from deep.

Jaylen Brown is the third-ranked Boston player in our projections. He’s averaging 24 points, 8 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1 steal and block and 1.7 turnovers. Brown is shooting 54.5% overall and is 38.9% on his 3-pointers.

Jrue Holiday and Derrick White are the next ranked Celtics players, with Al Horford ranking sixth on the projections. Payton Pritchard and Sam Hauser are the next ranked players.

White has averaged 16.3 points this series. Horford is at 8.3 points and 7 rebounds, while Holiday is at just 6 points, 4 rebounds and 3.7 assists. Hauser is at 7.7 points, with Pritchard at 5 points and 3 assists.

Terry Rozier and Jimmy Butler remain out for Miami, so Bam Adebayo is the top player in our projections.

Adebayo is averaging 21.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists per contest. He’s shooting 55.1% overall.

Tyler Herro is next up and is averaging 16.7 points, 6.7 assists and 3.7 rebounds, but has 3 turnovers per game. He’s shooting just 38.1% overall, but is 41.4% from deep.

Jaime Jaquez Jr., Nikola Jovic and Caleb Martin are the next Miami three players in the rankings. Jaquez is averaging 14 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.3 assists, while Jovic is at 12 points, 7.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 1 block. Martin is averaging 10 points and 3 boards.

Haywood Highsmith is next up, and is averaging 5.7 points, 3 rebounds and 2.7 assists. Delon Wright is averaging 10 points per game across two games played. Duncan Robinson is only averaging 3.7 points across 13 minutes per game.

Thunder at Pelicans

OKC is completely healthy going into game 4, a game in which they hope to end the series.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is the player that makes the Thunder go and is the third-ranked fantasy player across the three games Monday. He’s averaging 28.3 points, 5.7 assists, 4.7 rebounds, 2 steals and 2.7 turnovers per game. SGA is shooting 50.8% overall and 30.8% from 3-point land.

Chet Holmgren appears next in the projections. He’s averaging 15.7 points, 8.7 rebounds, 3.7 blocks and 1.3 assists per game while shooting 48.6% overall and 37.5% from deep.

Jalen Williams is next and is averaging 20.3 points, 7 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.7 steals and 3 turnovers this series. Williams is shooting 52.9% from the floor overall and is 41.7% on his 3-pointers.

Josh Giddey and Luguentz Dort are the next two Thunder players to highlight. Giddey is averaging 12 points, 5.7 rebounds and 4 assists this series, while Dort is at 11 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists. Giddey is at 46.4% overall and 41.7% on his 3-pointers, while Dort is shooting 43.5% overall and 55.6% on his triples.

Isaiah Joe, Aaron Wiggins, Cason Wallace and Jaylin Williams are all playing double-digit minutes per game, with Wiggins being the best fantasy player of the bunch.

This series has been a disaster for New Orleans, primarily because Zion Williamson hasn’t been able to play. He won’t play Monday either, so the Pelicans’ chances of extending this series seem bleak.

Brandon Ingram, Trey Murphy III and CJ McCollum are the top three fantasy players according to the projections.

McCollum leads the team with 17 points per game in this series. He’s also averaging 4.3 rebounds, 5.7 assists, 2 steals and 4.3 turnovers. McCollum is shooting just 37.9% from the floor and 22.7% from deep.

Ingram is averaging 16.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1 block in this series. Ingram is shooting 41.5% from the floor and 40% from deep.

Murphy is at 13 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 1.3 steals and blocks per game this series. He’s shooting 39.5% overall and 39.1% from deep.

Jonas Valanciunas and Herbert Jones are also fantasy options. Valanciunas is averaging 13 points, 10.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists in just 21.3 minutes per game - he’s 59.3% from the field. Jones is averaging 13.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 assist while shooting 40% overall and 33.3% from deep.

Naji Marshall, Larry Nance Jr., Jose Alvarado and Dyson Daniels have also played in all three games so far this series, but none of them are over 6.7 points per game. Nance is averaging 9 boards and 2 assists, but is only averaging 21 minutes, so he’s not the greatest fantasy option.

Lakers at Nuggets

Jamal Murray and Reggie Jackson are both questionable for Denver for game 4, but considering the Nuggets could end this series with a win, I’d imagine both guys play.

Nikola Jokic is the best fantasy player in the world and remains the best option for Monday’s playoff games. He’s averaging 29 points, 15.3 rebounds, 10 assists, 1.5 steals and 2.3 turnovers. Jokic is shooting 59.7% from the floor and is 38.5% on his 3-pointers.

Murray is the second-ranked Denver player and is averaging 21.5 points, 5 rebounds, 7.3 assists, 1.3 blocks and 2.5 turnovers. His injury could be affecting his shooting, as he’s at just 38% overall and 20.8% from 3-point land.

Michael Porter Jr. is also a strong fantasy option. He’s averaging 22 points, 9.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1 steal per game while shooting 53.1% overall and 44.1% from deep.

Aaron Gordon is next up and is averaging 15.5 points, 9 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game. Gordon is shooting 54.3% overall and hasn’t made a triple yet.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is the team’s fifth starter and is averaging 9.3 points, 2.3 steals and 2 assists in this series.

No other Denver player is over 5 points per game, and only Christian Braun and Peyton Watson have played double-digit minutes per game.

LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Jarred Vanderbilt are all listed as questionable or probable for Monday’s game. I expect these three guys to play, and it would be the first time Vanderbilt has appeared in this series.

Davis is the top projected fantasy player and is averaging 30.5 points, 15.8 rebounds, 4 assists and 1.5 blocks in this series. Davis is shooting 62.2% overall and hasn’t made a triple yet.

James is averaging 27.3 points, 8.3 assists, 6.3 rebounds, 2 steals, 1.3 blocks and 4.5 turnovers. He’s shooting 57.7% overall and 36.8% from deep.

D'Angelo Russell and Austin Reaves are also decent fantasy options. Russell is averaging 14.3 points, 3.8 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 1 steal, while Reaves is at 16.3 points, 4 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1 steal. Reaves is the more efficient shooter so far, at 46.2% overall and 27.3% from deep, while Russell is at 37.9% overall and 35.3% from deep.

Rui Hachimura has been the other starter, but Taurean Prince is averaging more points (8.3-6) per game. Spencer Dinwiddie and Gabe Vincent are also averaging double-digit minutes for the Lakers, but aren’t doing much while on the court.
