Analysis: O'Neal isn't the Fantasy stud he once was, but he's averaging over a dozen points and about eight rebounds per game, making him worth using as a No. 2 Fantasy center. Just watch out for those injuries

Jermaine O'Neal returned from a hip injury and had 19 points, 10 rebounds, a steal and a block on 8-of-11 shooting in Tuesday's loss to the Thunder. This was just the Heat's third loss of the season, but JO looked good. Consider this a good time to sell high on the big man, who will be an injury risk all season.

Jermaine O'Neal collected a double-double in tonight's 100-87 loss to the Thunder, with 19 points and a game-high 10 boards. He also had one assist, one steal and one block.

Our View: That marked O'Neal's third double-double of the season. His ailing hip looks to be feeling better, evidenced by his solid performance.

News: Miami PF Udonis Haslem missed his second game in a row on Friday at Toronto due to a shoulder injury. Haslem is considered questionable for Sunday against the Hornets.

Analysis: Haslem is no longer a starter for the Heat, but he has averaged nearly a double-double off the bench. He remains worth using as a No. 4 forward in Fantasy, when healthy. If Haslem is unable to return on Sunday, he should be considered an injury risk for Fantasy Week 5 (Nov. 23-29)

Haslem (shoulder) will not play in Friday's game against the Raptors, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.

Joel Anthony had two points, five rebounds and two blocks in a fill-in start for injured Jermaine O'Neal. O'Neal is day-to-day and was held out as a precaution, not that this line was going to make you run out to grab Anthony.

Spin: Arroyo dropped three quick baskets upon entering the game to start the second quarter, but still isn't getting the love from coach Erik Spoelstra in the form of increased playing time. His defensive inadequacies are hard to hide -- he was worse than starter Mario Chalmers while attempting to guard Mo Williams (25 points, 10-of-15 FG) -- but Arroyo has been shooting well and knows how to move the ball on offense. News: Heat SG Daequan Cook, who missed five games with a strained right shoulder, scored in double figures for the first time since the season opener Tuesday against the Thunder. He finished with 17 points on 5 of 11 shooting, including 4 of 9 from 3-point range.

Analysis: Cook is a lights-out 3-point shooter, which can sometimes lead to some big numbers off the bench. Still, he's too inconsistent to use in most Fantasy leagues

Daequan Cook hit 5-of-11 shots and four 3-pointers for 17 points in Tuesday's loss. He's an excellent source of threes when healthy, and we have no problem with picking him up and cutting a guy like Heat teammate Quentin Richardson, who scored just two points tonight.Related: Quentin Richardson

Cook scored 17 points (5-of-11 FG, 3-of-4 FT) with four 3-pointers in 24 minutes off the bench in Tuesday night's loss to Oklahoma City.
