Ricky Romero allowed four runs on five hits and three walks over seven innings on Sunday. He fanned eight but did not earn a decision in the eventual 5-4 extra-inning loss to the Orioles.
Our View: Romero looked to be having a dynamite rookie campaign, but struggled down the stretch. Since the All Star break he's posted an ERA well over 5.00, which upped his season total to 4.30. He finished with 13 wins.
