Carlos Torres was roughed up for five earned runs on six hits over six innings in Wednesday's 5-1 loss at Cleveland in the top half of their doubleheader. He had four walks with four strikeouts.
Our View: Torres now has a losing record at 1-2 over five starts. He gave up five earned runs in each of his last two starts.

Travis Hafner helped lead the Indians in today's 5-1 win over the White Sox at Progressive Field, as he went 2-for-3 with a single and a solo homer off Carlos Torres.
Our View: Hafner snapped a 14-game drought without a homer, and has 16 for 2009. He is batting .270 with nine RBI in September.
