David Bowens (knee) fully practiced Friday after being limited the previous two days, according to the Browns' official website.

Our View: The veteran linebacker is expected to play Sunday at Detroit. This is good news, as the club is already without stud D'Qwell Jackson and Eric Barton.

David Bowens was limited in today's practice while nursing a knee ailment, according to the Browns' official website.

Our View: Bowens has stepped up with starters D'Qwell Jackson and Eric Barton both on IR. The veteran linebacker should be ready to go for Sunday's game at Detroit, assuming his knee does not get worse.

Eric Barton has been placed on season-ending injured reserve due to his neck injury, according to Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post.

Our View: Barton may require surgery. Now Cleveland has both starting inside linebackers on injured reserve, as Barton joins D'Qwell Jackson (shoulder). Barton could officially be dropped from IDP rosters.
