Watt underwent a minor knee procedure following the club’s 21-7 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC wild-card playoffs at NRG Stadium on Jan. 5.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the All-Pro defensive end had some maintenance work done to help out with an issue that had been plaguing him in 2018. Despite starting all 16 games, Watt was listed with a knee injury going as far back as Week 3’s injury report ahead of the home opener versus the New York Giants]]> 5413908 Thu, 17 Jan 2019 23:15:01 EDT Texans Wire

J.J. Watt had a minor knee cleanup following the season, source said. Sounds like he’s fine now, just some maintenance on an injury that bothered him during the season. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FF Today's Take: This news is notable because it is Watt, who missed 13 games in 2017 with a tibial plateau fracture. However, he is coming off a 16-sack season, so this appears to be a non-issue. Owners should expect another high-impact season from the five-time All-Pro, who turns 30 in March.]]> 5413900 Thu, 17 Jan 2019 23:06:02 EDT

Garrett joined J.J. Watt as the defensive ends on the all-conference team, which is voted on by PFWA members around the country. The second-year standout is the only Browns player who made the All-AFC team, and no Cleveland players earned All-NFL honors.

Garrett finished the 2018 season with 13.5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles and 3 PDs.
