Some of the NFL's best wide receivers gathered in Miami this week for the first-ever Wideout Workshop, an event hosted by former NFL receiver Chad Ochocinco at which wide receivers could work out together and compare notes on how to develop their games.
Those in attendance included Cincinnati's Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, Miami's Tyreek Hill, Cleveland's Jerry Jeudy, Seattle's Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Green Bay's Jayden Reed, Denver’s Courtland Sutton, Buffalo’s Elijah Moore and Houston’s Tank Dell, according to the Miami Herald

Fourth in a series previewing the Broncos’ 2025 roster in the weeks leading up to the start of training camp in late July. Previous: Quarterbacks | Running backs | Wide receivers.
On the roster (six): Nate Adkins, Evan Engram, Lucas Krull, Caleb Lohner, Caden Prieskorn, Adam Trautman
The Broncos have kept four TEs on the initial 53-man for two straight years under Sean Payton, and that seems unlikely to change in 2025. Engram is of course a lock, and steady veteran Trautman has played over 50% of Denver’s offensive snaps the last couple years. This could shape up as a battle between the younger Adkins, Lohner and Krull for a final couple spots

Brock Purdy never has thrown a touchdown pass during the final five minutes of a one-score game.

With the table is set for a potential Demarcus Robinson suspension, and with uncertainty surrounding Brandon Aiyuk's return date, who will Brock Purdy target in the 49ers' WR room? My big piece looking at all the dynamics: sfstandard.com/2025/07/10/49e…

The San Francisco 49ers spent the offseason ensuring they're in a healthy place with their remaining contracts.
While they worked out extensions with most of their top players, they're not in the clear on tough contractual decisions following the 2025 season.
The Athletic highlighted one contract worth watching for each team this season. 49ers insider Vic Tafur pointed to breakout star wide receiver Jauan Jennings, who is entering the final year of a two-year extension he signed last offseason. Jennings was the team's No. 1 wide receiver last season and finished with a career-best 975 receiving yards in an elevated role. Without an extension hammered out, Jennings is due to hit free agency next offseason

49ers wide receiver Demarcus Robinson pleaded no contest this week to a misdemeanor DUI charge and was sentenced to three years' probation.
