#Bills LB Terrel Bernard, who has been out since September 12 with a pec strain, is expected to return to the lineup Sunday, sources say.

Sam Darnold drilled in the ribs. He is hurt. That looked scarily similar to the hit Mike White took vs the #Bills.
A Week 5 deep league player to consider: Bills WR Curtis Samuel - Khalil Shakir (ankle) is out. He has played 67% of his snaps in the slot this season. Samuel is the Bills' best healthy slot option - Shakir leads the Bills in catches, targets, yards and TD. His 19.4% target share needs to go somewhere - 61.3% of Shakir's yardage has come after the catch. RAC opportunities are both more efficient targets (shorter throws) and fit Samuel's skillset - Signed to a 3-year, $24M deal in March. The Bills need to get him going. Today is a day to do so
Bills' leading tacklers at halftime are safety Damar Hamlin and nickelback Cam Lewis with five apiece.
Collins, who is second in catches and first in the NFL in yards, blew by S Mike Edwards to catch the perfect pass for the 67-yard TD. Texans have scored TDs on their last two possessions.
The Bills entered the game without their leading receiver, Khalil Shakir, and the Texans lost theirs in the first half.
This is awesome. CJ Stroud to Nico Collins for the looooong TD... and just watch CJ's celebration. pic.x.com/OAUgyabxmU

Tremendous:
@AaronWilson_NFL: #Texans defensive end Dylan Horton, activated from non-football illness list w/Stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma in remission since spring, treatment @MDAndersonNews worked w/ second-team defense all week, per sources. Now, set for rotation duty behind Will Anderson Jr, Danielle Hunter.

The #Texans ruled out WR Nico Collins (hamstring), as well as S Jimmie Ward (groin) and RB British Brooks (knee).
C.J. Stroud's 67-yard TD pass to Nico Collins traveled 59.1 yards in the air, the 5th-longest completion of the season. Stroud & Collins are responsible for the 4th and 5th-longest completions by air distance this season (59.8 yards in Week 1 vs IND). #BUFvsHOU | @HoustonTexans pic.x.com/UoFa3FA6xk
RT: Stefon Diggs this season: 31 catches 327 total yards 3 total TD's All would rank 1st in the Bills WR room. https://t.co/pBxUqOK7zW
With 7 seconds left, Stroud threw a quick 5-yard pass to Dare Ogunbowale to the Bills' 41. With 2 seconds left, Fairbairn lined up for his field goal and connected from 59 yards out with no time remaining to give the Texans a 23-20 victory.
Robert Woods has gone brain dead on two punt returns he fielded at the 3 and 2. What was he thinking? The Texans' special teams have been anything but special this season.
Stop the presses! The Texans have no penalties in the first half. They led the league coming into the Buffalo game. Laremy Tunsil doesn't have a false start. Rookie RT Blake Fisher, who had a rough debut against Jax, is playing better in place of the injured Tytus Howard.
I still can't figure out why Caserio let the reliable Cam Johnston to leave in free agency to sign the Chiefs' Tommy Townsend, who's been so inconsistent. A disappointment so far.
Texans LT Laremy Tunsil didn't commit a penalty against the Bills for the first time this season.
For some reason, Texans started Dare Ogunbowale over Cam Akers. On the miserable first series, Bobby Slowik had a screen to Dare for minus-2. Hand off to Dare for 4. Handoff to Dare for minus-1. He began the season as the fourth RB behind Mixon, Pierce and Akers.
Ka'imi Fairbairn, who's 59-yard FG with no time left, praised his snapper Jon Weeks. This is Weeks' 15th season, and he's never had a bad snap. He's the best in history. Sic 'Em!
Another Texans penalty. Illegal touching on the punt by D'Angelo Ross. This is getting ridiculous.
RT: Kamari Lassiter among CBs this season (min. 10 targets): ? 42.0 passer rating allowed (4th) pic.x.com/AJ21u9Xhz0
RT: Something I noticed today after CJ fumbled. Camera pans to him on the bench and you see in his face he's clearly upset with himself...Then, Joe Mixon comes over to him and starts talking to him and you could see CJ nod in agreement and pick his head up. That was great from Mixon.
Dare Ogunbowale has 11 carries for 18 yards. The Texans badly need Joe Mixon back. Even Dameon Pierce would be better.
The Houston Texans have found success for the first time since the fourth quarter of Week 1.
Houston took an early 7-3 over the Buffalo Bills on a six-play, 70-yard drive, capped off with a 15-yard touchdown run from Cam Akers.
While the run was impressive, the blocking set up by Dalton Schultz and Cade Stover actually opened a crease to secure the score.

Nico Collins’ absence was felt by the Houston Texans’ offense during Sunday’s 23-20 win over the Buffalo Bills, but it might not be for long.
According to KPRC2 Sports’ Aaron Wilson, Collins could be back next weekend when the Texans take on the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium.
Collins, who picked up 78 yards on yards on two catches, suffered a hamstring injury on a 67-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter with 1:34 remaining.
Optimism with #Texans that wide receiver Nico Collins and offensive tackle Tytus Howard hamstring injuries are short-term and could be back as soon as next week against #Patriots per league sources @KPRC
The Houston Texans must continue Sunday’s contest without Jimmie Ward.
Ward was ruled out entering the third quarter against the Buffalo Bills with a groin injury. Receiver Nico Collins and running back British Brooks were also ruled out due to injury.
On the game’s opening play. Ward made contact with Bills running back James Cook’s head and appeared to immediately go limp. He was checked out by trainers before walking off the field under his own pressure.
After being cleared for a concussion, Ward returned to the game. Last week, Ward was dealing with a groin injury and did not play in the Texans’ 24-20 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars
