Game News
Steelers QB Russell Wilson is inactive today for the fourth straight week.
Minkah Fitzpatrick said officials flagged him for hitting a defenseless receiver. Fitzpatrick was obviously frustrated with the call: "I thought we were playing football. I don't know what we're playing at this point."
Nope. Roman Wilson is officially inactive
@bepryor: Roman Wilson is warming up on the field right now. Could this be the week he gets his first hat? https://t.co/buDdWiyren
#Steelers RB Cordarrelle Patterson has been ruled out with an ankle injury.
The Justin Fields-George Pickens connection can be really, really fun when it's there
DeShon Elliott: "That was bullshit. I don't care. I don't care. That was BS. That was not okay. That wasn't illegal. He did nothing malicious. He didn't even hit him in the head. He hit him, led with the shoulder. If anything he let up. So I don't know what that was about."
@bepryor: Deshaun Elliott on Minkah Fitzpatrick's unnecessary roughness flag: "it's bullshit."
That was a well-timed sack by Cam Heyward with help from Nick Herbig for a loss of eight.
Huge return by Calvin Austin. He's been on the cusp of breaking one loose, and that one gives the Steelers offense great field position. 30 yard return to the Colts' 33.
Fields to Pat Freiermuth touchdown with 3:49 to go.
T.J. Watt is just 1/2 sack from 100 career sacks. Only Reggie White has done it faster. pic.x.com/dosmsm9mig
Steelers can't stop hurting themselves. Jalen Elliott now called for holding on the punt return and the Steelers will start the drive at the 4-yard line.
Daniels is up and walking off the field but moving very slowly. Spencer Anderson coming in
Chris Boswell hits the 50-yard field goal to keep the Steelers from being shut out at half. Colts 17, Steelers 3
Colts LB Zaire Franklin had some choice words for Najee Harris postgame. The Steelers RB appeared to flip the double bird in the tunnel before running out pregame. pic.x.com/nn89mb4opb
Russell Wilson is inactive and the Steelers emergency QB for the fourth week in a row. Other inactives: Roman Wilson, CB Darius Rush, RB Jaylen Warren, LB Alex Highsmith, OG Isaac Seumalo, TE MyCole Pruitt
Darnell Washington hurdle! That's a big man jumping in the air.
James Daniels left the locker room in a boot and on crutches. He left the game early with an ankle injury.
Joey Porter Jr. was *this* close to picking off Flacco in the end zone.
RT: George Pickens was really frustrated on the bench, threw down something and Broderick Jones literally took him under his wing to help calm him down away from the rest of the team. Pickens now chatting with Russell Wilson. They're gonna need the best of him in the second half. https://t.co/jG2msIjQPa
DeMarvin Leal is out with the defense opposite of TJ Watt
#Colts QB Joe Flacco is told postgame that Anthony Richardson thinks he's cool: "His mom is 8 days older than I am, so there's no chance in the world he thinks I'm cool." ?? (? @NFLonCBS) pic.x.com/rekmbgf9bh
#Colts star RB Jonathan Taylor was diagnosed with a high-ankle sprain, sources say, thought it's believed to be a pretty mild version. Indy will get a full report tomorrow, but in the words of one source, "He's ok." Taylor gained 108 yards from scrimmage and a TD today. pic.x.com/k55kk2hqyq
#Colts rookie Tanor Bortolini, the fourth rounder from Wisconsin, will make his first career start today against the #Steelers, sources say. Long-time center Ryan Kelly (neck) won't be able to go today.
Caught up w/ Colts RB Jonathan Taylor after win on establishing physicality in run game + being amazed by Joe Flacco. On how he feels physically/ankle, Taylor told me he plans to attack this week & get ready for another big one Sunday. Full interview on @nflnetwork @NFLGameDay: pic.x.com/otmwinyztd
Looked like miscommunication and confusion in the middle of the Steelers defense before the play directly led to a wide open Drew Ogletree touchdown.
Pickens ducked a tackle after making the catch, but another by Nick Cross knocks the ball loose. The Steelers' most promising drive ends on a turnover.
Steelers defense can't get off the field as the third quarter ends. Big pass play from Flacco to wide open Josh Downs for a 25-yard gain.
Justin Fields goes down hard on a third-down sack, but there's a roughing the passer flag on Isaiah Land for driving Fields into the ground on the tackle. Crowd here isnt happy.
The Indianapolis Colts started with the ball against the Pittsburgh Steelers and came out throwing.
On the very first play of the game, the Colts ran play-action, with the offensive line providing Anthony Richardson with plenty of time, allowing Michael Pittman time to get open on a deep crossing route for 32 yards.
Starting things off with a bang.

After that play, the Colts turned to their running game to help them finish out the drive
Pittsburgh’s Week 4 contest left a sour taste in the mouths of fans and players alike. Several Steelers players wore their hearts on their sleeves after the loss. However, one player seemed to be in a bad mood before the game even started.
Najee Harris apparently didn’t take too kindly to being used as a noise tactic on the Indianapolis jumbotron. As he was walking out with his team, he flipped off the cameras—displaying the gesture to every man, woman, and child in the stadium.
Colts’ linebacker Zaire Franklin didn’t appreciate the unruly gesture and responded to Harris’ actions on social media
The Indianapolis Colts will have defensive end Tyquan Lewis on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Lewis was listed as questionable on the Friday injury report. Indianapolis will, however, be without Kwity Paye, putting a heavier workload on rookie Laiatu Latu.
Lewis is tied with Paye for the most quarterback pressures on the team with nine. He also played an important role in the Colts’ success against the run last week in their win over Chicago.
In addition to playing the traditional defensive end role, Lewis also saw some additional snaps inside in that game with DeForest Buckner out
This story was updated to add new information (injury status).
Just before halftime of the Colts’ Week 4 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers, defensive end Tyquan Lewis exited the game.
Early in the third quarter, the team announced that he would be questionable to return with a calf injury.
Update: Lewis return to the game in the third quarter

Lewis was questionable coming into this game with calf and wrist injuries. He did not practice on Thursday or Friday of this week
