Quincy Williams has developed into such a dominant player for the #Jets. The improvement mentally has been fun to watch over the years. He was so hot/cold his first season with the Jets. Made big plays, but ran himself out of so many others. That's not the case anymore. Perfectly married his freak athleticism with an understanding of defense & his role in it. Think a lot of credit needs to Williams & also #NYJ LB coach Mike Rutenberg for that.

Someone who I think deserves a lot of credit for the #Jets today: Olu Fashanu. He's playing really well at LT. Haven't heard much noise from #Seahawks pass rush today and he's a big reason why.
