@JourdanRodrigue: Saints had been testing the edges and making DBs come down and tackle with their side-to-side runs through most of the game, and then tried to get some inside runs off inside the 10 - Rams interior DL is holding up.

Game News
Sloppy game for the Rams offense for many, many reasons - but Kyren Williams has really brought it. Running so hard when he does get the opportunity.
Back to back Saints penalties get the Rams new downs at the seven-yard line. This time Puka Nacua scores, a quick little pass play out of a motion. Rams up 21-14 with 8:54 to play.
Matthew Stafford used play action on half of his dropbacks against the Saints, his highest PA usage rate in a game in the NGS era (since 2016). Stafford finished 7 of 12 for 127 yards and 2 TDs on play action (10.6 YPA vs 4.7 YPA without play action). #LARvsNO | #RamsHouse pic.x.com/c9k7MN44zn
Blake Corum getting an early series to himself isn't new for the Rams. Kyren Williams has taken clear control after that every week thus far and seems to be again today (68% snap share). We'll see if that continues…
Demarcus Robinson set up his own fourth-quarter TD catch with a wide-open 46-yard catch as the third quarter ended.
The Saints were moving the ball well with a combination of runs, and then quick slants for conversions into space vacated to account for where Hill moved pre-snap. But then Kobie Turner and Braden Fiske happened. Turner will still be credited with a PBU though TD won't stand.
Rams inactives: QB Stetson Bennett, RB Cody Schrader, OLB Brennan Jackson, OL Dylan McMahon, OL Warren McClendon Jr.
Sean McVay always brings the energy in the locker room after Rams wins, applauding his players for getting the job done – whether it’s a one-point win or 30-point blowout. Sunday’s game against the Saints was a close one, but the Rams pulled out the victory with a second-half comeback after getting shut out in the first 30 minutes.
McVay was fired up in the locker room, giving a passionate speech to the team at the Superdome. He also handed out three game balls, recognizing Kevin Dotson, assistant defensive line coach AC Carter and Kyren Williams for their efforts on Sunday
Tyler Higbee has been sidelined since tearing his ACL and MCL in the Los Angeles Rams’ playoff loss to the Detroit Lions in January. It’s been a long road but the veteran tight end finally returned to practice for the first time last week.
He’s going to play at some point this season, it’s just a matter of when. The Rams could use him, too, with the offense sputtering and stalling out, particularly on third down and in the red zone.
Here are the latest updates on Higbee as he continues to work his way back from a serious knee injury suffered eight months ago
#Saints do-it-all TE Taysom Hill, who was carted off today, is feared to have suffered a season-ending knee injury, sources say. No final diagnosis yet, as he'll have an MRI to determine the severity of the injury. But feared to be significant. A tough blow. pic.x.com/4vNFFVE6dw
It's the year 2024 and Dante Pettis just helped the 49ers with a great catch
Marquez Valdes-Scantling since joining the #Saints four games ago: 8 catches, 237 yards, 4 touchdowns.

Another chapter of the miserable four-year reign of Ron Rivera was closed on Saturday. The Washington Commanders released 2023 first-round cornerback Emmanuel Forbes after only 20 games played for the franchise.
The news wasn’t a surprise. Besides a thumb injury that cost him some time early in the season, Forbes has been a healthy scratch for weeks. Over the last five games, Forbes played eight total defensive snaps and was either inactive or did not play in three of those five games.
Head coach Dan Quinn and his staff, known for developing defensive backs, had seen enough of Forbes. With the release of Forbes, none of Rivera’s four first-round picks are in Washington anymore. The Commanders traded Chase Young (2020) last season, released Jamin Davis (2021) this season, traded Jahan Dotson (2022) in the summer, and now waive Forbes
The Los Angeles Rams came into Week 13 looking to find something on offense after putting up just 20 points against the Philadelphia Eagles, but the first half went about as poorly as it could have. After gaining just 4 yards in the entire first quarter against the New Orleans Saints, the Rams continued to struggle in the second quarter with just 89 total yards and zero points.
They went into halftime at the Superdome trailing 6-0, getting outgained by the Saints, 174-93. Alvin Kamara had 80 yards rushing by himself, which was just 13 fewer yards than the Rams had as a team
This isn’t a loss the New Orleans Saints could afford. Second-year left guard Nick Saldiveri was filling in for Lucas Patrick against the Los Angeles Rams when his left leg buckled under him during a play, leaving the young pro grasping at his knee as team medical staff attended to him.
Saldiveri was carted off for further evaluation. That made him the third interior lineman to miss this game due to injury; both Patrick and starting center Erik McCoy were preemptively ruled out on the inactive list. Unfortunately for Saldiveri, this is a bit of a pattern for him. He’s dealt with calf and shoulder issues ever since the Saints drafted him out of Old Dominion and tasked him with learning left guard after a college career spent mostly at right tackle
