The Bengals are the first team to beat Patrick Mahomes 3 times including the playoffs in his career. (via @ESPNStatsInfo)

Frank Clark: "I know today wasn't our best effort. We've got a long season left & I guarantee we won't put on a display like that again."

Germaine Pratt holds Travis Kelce up during the tackle and strips it out for a fumble. We have the first turnover of the day. Pratt's great run continues.
Willie Gay with a strong read-&-react play to get the pass breakup on third down. As many have said, Gay deserves to be on the field for such big moments.
I think Mike Danna was surprised by how quickly he won, and then didn't know where Burrow was in the pocket? It's the only explanation that makes sense to me. pic.twitter.com/wlYIYaUkig

Bengals QB Joe Burrow shrugged off KC S Justin Reid's mid-week comments: "I would have cared a lot more if he knew what he was talking about."
Perine is tentatively on track to serve as Cincinnati's lead back for Sunday's game against the Chiefs with Joe Mixon listed as questionable but not expected to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol in advance of the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Mixon still has a few more hours to potentially gain clearance from an independent neurologist, but after he was able to practice only on a limited basis this week, the Bengals may not be keen on handing him his typical workload even if he defies the odds and plays Sunday. With that in mind, Perine looks in store for a three-down role for the second game in a row, after he played 80 percent of the snaps on offense in last week's 20-16 win over the Titans. Perine carried a season-high 17 times for 58 yards and a touchdown in the win and hauled in four of his seven targets for 35 yards.

Chris Evans go-ahead TD catch. Just like we all predicted
Biggest play of Joseph Ossai's young career right there.
Looks like Bengals LB Logan Wilson is going through pre-game stretches. Was out Friday with an illness.
Bengals CB Mike Hilton on Chiefs: "They did a lot of talking, all week. But we're 3-0 in the same year against them. I got a lot I can say but 3-0 in same calendar year tells the story. We'll probably see them again in the playoffs and they know THEY GOTTA PLAY US."
BJ Hill backed Wylie into the hole and McKinnon runs right into his back and falls down short of the goal line.
More strong deja vu vibes with that Vonn Bell pass defense of the Mahomes deep shot
Bengals OT La'el Collins was in the injury tent for a stint but he is back out.
Interesting that the Bengals are keeping Zac Carter active over Jay Tufele. This is an investment call, imo. twitter.com/BengalsMarisa/…
Jessie Bates down in the end zone after the play. Walks off on his own power with a trainer.
The Cincinnati Bengals lost starting tight end Hayden Hurst to a calf injury in the first half of their Week 13 tilt with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Hurst, who had been involved in some of the trash talk unwittingly this week before the game, suffered the injury and was seen on the sidelines working with trainers before the team made the declaration.
In the short term, the Bengals will rely on Mitchell Wilcox and other depth options.
If Hurst has to miss more time beyond Week 13, former second-round pick Drew Sample remains on injured reserve. The Bengals would then have to turn to a practice squad callup such as Nick Bowers or look outside the team for help
Cincinnati Bengals players weren’t too happy with the actions of the Tennessee Titans near the tail end of their Week 12 win on the road.
Turns out the NFL wasn’t, either.
Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons received an $11,139 fine from the NFL for hitting Bengals center Ted Karras near the end of regulation, according to The Athletic’s Jay Morrison.
While the NFL isolated one incident to fine, Simmons was notably diving and then getting into scuffles during victory formation in the 20-16 Bengals win. To the point, in fact, Karras went on a very NSFW rant on his way out of the stadium and multiple players later called out the Titans for their actions
