Chiefs' WR Tyreek Hill, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a quad injury, is expected to play vs. the WFT, per source.

Game News
And then Mecole Hardman fumbles on the next snap. Yikes. Washington is winning the turnover battle, 2-1. twitter.com/ByNateTaylor/s…
The #Chiefs are making a big move on defense: Juan Thornhill will start, Daniel Sorensen is headed to a reserve role. My story: nfl.com/news/chiefs-to…
There have been five touchdowns scored in the 1 PM games, all by running backs: Bengals RB Chris Evans Ravens RB Latavius Murray Bears RB Khalil Herbert Chiefs RB Darrel Williams Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard The names we discussed all offseason.

Amidst all the turnovers and weird plays and chaos: Let's shout out Joe Thuney who has played a great game against one of the better (if not best) interior defensive lines in the NFL…with a broken hand
TE Jody Fortson is out with an achilles injury
In 2015 we (Chiefs) led by Andy Reid started 1-5, heading into week 7 he made a host of changes and we went on to win 11 straight including a playoff victory that was long overdue. I say this to say just trust the process it's a long year

In pregame drills, Juan Thornhill is the starter next to Tyrann Mathieu.
Jerick McKinnon running over defenders at the sticks is not something I had in the office pool. #WashingtonFootball
Chiefs know they need more speed on the field on defense. That will mean more Juan Thornhill at safety and possibly more Nick Bolton and Willie Gay together at linebacker.
Kelce recorded eight receptions on 11 targets for 99 yards in Sunday's 31-13 win over Washington.
Kelce suffered an apparent injury to his left arm in the second half and was examined on the sideline, as reported by James Palmer of NFL Network. However, he returned to the game and appeared to put the issue behind him to to record a season-high eight receptions. He also topped 75 receiving yards for the first time since Week 3, in large part due to receptions of 20, 19 and 17 yards. For the season, Kelce has only one game with fewer than five catches and 50 yards.

Nick Bolton sprinted out of the blue medical tent & has his helmet back on.
Harrison Butker makes a 52-yard field goal. The Chiefs lead Washington, 10-3.
Washington forces the Chiefs to kick a field after a solid punt return that set Mahomes up with good field position. Nice job by the secondary of forcing an incompletion and keeping Byron Pringle away from the first down marker on third down. Washington takes over down 10-3.
I was making this point here in the press box. I'm not sure what Frank Clark is supposed to do. That play is a clear example of how the subjective roughing-the-passer penalty impacts a pass rusher's tenacity. twitter.com/TTRR00YY/statu…
Only 9 snaps for Josh Gordon today. He doesn't have a catch.

Derrick Gore is about to make his NFL debut on this kickoff.
Man, not a great snap from Orlando Brown Jr.
The Kansas City Chiefs are finally making a change at the free safety position according to a new report.
Eighth-year veteran Daniel Sorensen is heading to the bench in Week 6, yielding starting snaps to third-year man Juan Thornhill per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Steve Spagnuolo hinted this change might be coming during his press conference earlier in the week, defending Sorensen in the same breath.
Sorensen has played nearly 100% of the Chiefs’ defensive snaps on the year, starting in each of the first five games at the free safety position. Through those first five games, Sorensen’s play has been severely lacking. Not only does the former undrafted free agent out of BYU lead the league in missed tackles with 12, but he leads his position group in passer rating allowed with 153.8. Last week, Sorensen surrendered two explosive plays in coverage against the Bills on Sunday night, including a 53-yard touchdown to Dawson Knox
WFT WR Terry McLaurin (hamstring) and RB Antonio Gibson (shin), both listed as questionable for Sunday, both are expected to play vs. the Chiefs, per source.

The Washington Football Team will attempt to turn their season around on Sunday when the Kansas City Chiefs come to FedEx Field for Week 6 NFL action.
Both teams enter Sunday’s game with identical 2-3 records and coming off disappointing losses. Washington fell to the Saints in Week 5 after quarterback Taylor Heinicke had his worst NFL game, while the defense gave up two big pass plays, which proved to be the difference in the game.
Meanwhile, the Chiefs lost to the Buffalo Bills last week in a game that was never in doubt from a Bills perspective
J.D. McKissic catches a screen pass on 3rd and 16. Wes Schweitzer and Chase Roullier do a nice job making blocks out in front and McKissic picks up 17 yards to convert. pic.twitter.com/WhdAOv8toN
Y'all. Chase Young is HYPE right now. Just flexed and tried chest bumping Ricky Seals-Jones after that first-down catch
Dyami Brown appeared to limp off after one play. He was hurt last week and came back this week. Curtis Samuel last week and now him. That's concerning. #WashingtonFootball
William Jackson has got to step up and make the tackle here. Can't just pause behind the 1st down marker and let the WR run at him to convert. pic.twitter.com/XTwNee5jOq
INT! Kendall Fuller gets his first pick of the year and sets up Washington at its own 6-yard line.
Tress Way, a punter, was turtling to avoid being blown up by a blocker and he just got assessed a 15-yard penalty for "going low." I mean. I got nothing. That's preposterous.
The Washington Football Team leads the Kansas City Chiefs, 13-10, at halftime, in a game that many predicted would be the biggest shootout in Week 6.
Washington took possession of the ball first but went three-and-out. The Chiefs began their first drive on the five-yard line and methodically went 95 yards down the field to take a 7-3 lead.
Washington answered with a 50-yard field goal by Dustin Hopkins after quarterback Taylor Heinicke attempted a deep pass that fell incomplete on third down

DeAndre Carter was open on third down. Heinicke didn't see him as he escaped pressure. Incomplete. Punt. KC gets the ball back with a 4-point lead. #WashingtonFootball
Mahomes bobbled the snap and dropped the ball, picked it up and threw it just as he got hit. Bobby McCain, who earlier this year told us to "write that s***" when the defense started rolling, picked off the pass. (â¬†ï¸ Let the record show that I wrote that s***.)
Another 3rd and 4, this time a swing pass to the flat. RB bounces off Fuller's tackle attempt, Jamin Davis completely whiffs and then St-Juste gets run through for the 1st down. More terrible tackling from Washington's defense allows another 3rd down conversion. pic.twitter.com/l7QmqoS3jN
Enjoying the mic set up on the broadcast here. Hearing all the calls made by C Chase Roullier. He does a ton of stuff pre-snap to get Washington's OL in order.
Cole Holcomb made up a ton of ground here. Aligns outside the LT pre-snap and then chases down Hardman all the way to the other side and forces the fumble, great play pic.twitter.com/ku2HdVsufv
The Washington Football Team announced their inactive list ahead of the Week 6 meeting with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Guard Brandon Scherff, offensive tackle Sam Cosmi, wide receivers Curtis Samuel and Cam Sims, tight end Jace Sternberger and cornerback Corn Elder are out Sunday.
Scherff is missing his second game with a sprained MCL. His injury timeline was 2-3 weeks, so perhaps he could return next week. Cosmi injured his ankle in the second quarter of last week’s loss to the Saints. He briefly returned for one play and immediately left the field afterward. There is no reported timeline for his injury
