Shanahan said Jeff Wilson came out if the game with an unknown injury. He'll provide an update on Monday.
That was the best illegal snap of Alex Mack's career because that fourth-down play was not going anywhere.
Until the 49ers work into decent field position, they're still living with the fallout of that Travis Benjamin KR fumble. The ripple effects are intense
Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Easy TD becomes an INT by K'Waun Williams.
D.J. Jones with the forced fumble; and Emmanuel Moseley with the recovery. The #49ers defense came to play.
Roughing-the-passer penalties on Arden and Charles Omenihu have hurt the 49ers tremendously on this Seahawks drive.
I don't understand why the 49ers did not go with Dontae Johnson earlier in the season when Dre Kirkpatrick was on the team. And I don't understand why they don't go to him now with the Seahawks picking on rookie CB Deommodore Lenoir.
#49ers Trenton Cannon seriously injured on opening kickoff, right neck collides with Talanoa Hufanga's leg Players on knee, and off sideline as medical staff on scene and cart coming out

Tom Compton has entered the chat. Garoppolo never had a chance
The 2021 NFL season has been a perilous one for the Seattle Seahawks. At 3-8 and at the bottom of the NFC West, any hope of saving this season is gone. There are numerous reasons for the team’s struggles but there has been one particular development that even the most pessimistic Seahawks fans probably never saw coming.Â
Quarterback Russell Wilson has struggled immensely since his return from his finger injury and has played a significant role in Seattle’s three consecutive losses prior to Week 13. His routine accuracy is missing, his decision-making is questionable and it certainly doesn’t help that his mobility has regressed over the years. After spending years carrying the Seahawks offense, he has become a liability this season
The Seahawks have lost nearly 11 Expected Points on Gerald Everett targets. I'm...impressed? pic.twitter.com/YWkzuiKJ9y
Carroll notes Tyler Lockett gave a speech last night he thinks set a tone for the game today.
Quandre Diggs is gonna be so expensive this offseason.
#Seahawks weekly pregame pogo-sticking this time includes Freddie Swain (18) messing with DK Metcalf (14) on the right edge of the scrum, Metcalf playfully joking as if he's coming after him. pic.twitter.com/T6OU70haBr
Seahawks hold--and will pull off one of their more improbable wins in a minute Carlos Dunlap joins the season today, sack for a safety, batted pass on fourth and goal to end it with 18 seconds left. Wow
So THAT'S why the Seahawks drafted Rashaad Penny in the first round years ago(!) 27 yards rumbling to the SF 13
.@Seahawks injury update: S Jamal Adams is Questionable (shoulder).
1ï¸âƒ£ The offense took a step in the right direction. 2ï¸âƒ£ AP provided a spark. 3ï¸âƒ£ Travis Homer is a big-play machine on special teams. More rapid reactions presented by @AshleyHomeStore 👇
That was the best throw of the red, challenge flag 70-year-old Pete Carroll has ever made.
Collins (abdomen), who is questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, is expected to cede duties as Seattle's lead ballcarrier to Adrian Peterson even if he's active for the contest, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Along with Rashaad Penny (hamstring) and Travis Homer (calf), Collins is one of three Seattle running backs listed as questionable for Week 13, with Peterson and DeeJay Dallas representing the lone healthy options. The decision to elevate Peterson from the practice squad implies that at least one of the four other backs will be inactive this week, but even if Collins gains clearance to play, he looks like he'll have a much smaller role than usual. Since Chris Carson (neck) suffered a season-ending injury Week 4, Collins has taken over as Seattle's de facto lead back, but he's averaging a woeful 3.6 yards per carry while catching only six passes and scoring once over the past seven contests. Penny has been even more inefficient on the few occasions he's been available this season, so the Seahawks appear content to give Peterson a look and see if he can inject some life into a dormant ground game. Expect either Homer or Dallas to replace Peterson on passing downs.

Bobby Wagner intercepted the ball at San Fran's 28-yard line. The Seahawks offense eventually kicked a field goal at the San Fran 38-yard line -- and missed. #NeverKick
Jason Myers 56-yard field goal into the open, downtown end is short and wide right. #Seahawks' offense absolutely trashes Bobby Wagner's interception and a first down at the San Francisco 28. Yes, it was second and 43.

Michael Dickson continues to be #Seahawks' best player. And it's not really close. 65-yard punt there.
Sidney Jones with a second consecutive play. It's fourth and goal for SF
#Seahawks LT Duane Brown with maybe the best summary of the afternoon I've seen so far: "It wasn't pretty by any means, but we'll take that ugly win any day of the week."
Credit to special-teams captain Nick Bellore for absolutely owning his lineup error that negated Seahawks successful onside kick lat Washington. Made this win over SF led by special teams personally rewarding for him. "It was a pretty brutal week for me, after messing that up." pic.twitter.com/fDcO3cS1mc
.@Seahawks injury update: DT Bryan Mone is Questionable (knee).
Shane Waldron doing whatever he can to get the ball down field and i don't blame him
