Semyon Varlamov Out 2 Weeks
Semyon Varlamov sustained a groin injury during Tuesday night's game, and will miss at least the next two weeks.
The Colorado Avalanche goalie has already missed time this season with a groin issue, and clearly he needs more time to heal. Varlamov will hopefully only miss two weeks on the ice, which includes the All-Star break. The Avalanche were treating him as day to day, but after Tuesday night they know he needs a longer amount of time off the ice.
Varlamov is owned in 41% of leagues and is a viable backup moving forward once he is healthy.
