Rick Nash Returns to Lineup
After missing the last eight games with a groin injury, Rick Nash is set to take the ice on Friday night. The New York Ranger had been dealing with a groin issue for about 15 games, but tried to play through it for as long as he could.
The Rangers are set to play the Toronto Maple Leafs are are excited to have Nash back on the ice.
Nash attempted to play through the pain, but all that did was hold him out for a longer amount of time. He didn't feel right when he was on the ice and was advised to take the proper amount of time off to rest. He hasn't been on the ice since December 18th, but he didn't miss as many games as he could have because the Rangers had a five day break for the bye-week.
Nash has 13 goals and 20 points over 30 games this season. He is owned in 93% of leagues and being started in 41%. The start percentage will clearly go up after he has the next few games under his belt. If you are looking for a good forward and have the ability to trade for Nash, go for it.
