Alex Galchenyuk Out Indefinitely

The Montreal Canadians will be without forward Alex Galchenyuk for an unknown amount of time.

The Canadians will miss Galchenyuk, who has been their highest scorer this season with nine goals, and 23 points in 25 games. Galchenyuk sustained the injury during a shootout on Sunday night's win against the Los Angeles Kings. After being evaluated by doctors he is dealing with a lower body injury and the time frame for his return is unknown.

Galchenyuk will be reevaluated once the team returns to Montreal on Wednesday.
