Jonathan Quick Undergoes Non-Surgical Procedure
Updating a report from last week, Kings goalie Jonathan Quick had a non-surgical procedure performed for his lower body injury.
Quick's injury is suspected to be a groin issue that he suffered on October 12th in the season opener. He opted against surgery in hopes to return to the ice quicker. Quick had a strained groin injury back in 2013 and was out of action for two months.
The Kings are struggling this season without Quick at the net. The starter for now is Jeff Zatkoff who allowed 5 goals on 16 shots the other night before being replaced by Peter Budja.
