Nick Mullens is a safe start for Week 10
Can you believe that in Week 10 of the fantasy football season that anyone would ever suggest to start Nick Mullens at QB for the San Francisco 49ers? Well here we are.
At this point in the season many teams are dealing with bye weeks or have quarterbacks that are underperforming like Derek Carr or Andy Dalton.
Nick Mullens is your guy. If you already missed out on Ryan Fitzpatrick then Mullens is the next best thing, especially with the Monday Night matchup against the Giants.
The Giants are an average defense against the pass and are just plain awful as a team. Very similar to the Oakland Raiders, except the Giants do have some talent.
In any case, the point here is that Mullens is safe to stream at the very least. He has weapons like George Kittle, Marquise Goodwin, and even Pierre Garcon to a lesser extent. Kyle Shanahan will be calling the plays and it truly seems as though the team is rallying around the young Mullens.
Would you rather play Andy Dalton without A.J. Green or Mullens?
Sometimes you've got to roll the dice, and Week 10 is one of those opportunities.
