Top WR Waiver Adds for Week 9
The fantasy season is at the point where team's are giving up and the rest of you who have a bleak outlook have to keep fighting. The best way to keep fighting is to keep attacking on the waiver wire.
This week's best fantasy receiver options start with Paul Richardson and JuJu Smith-Schuster.
Paul Richardson, Seattle Seahawks | 35% OWN
Richardson has had a few good games this season and has been mostly under the radar. However, in Week 8 he had his best game yet with 6 catches for 105 yards and two touchdowns.
Russell Wilson had a monster game and Richardson had a lot to do with that.
Richardson will be a big part of the offense moving forward for the Seahawks and is worthy of a pickup on any teams struggling to solidify their bench or need a bye-week replacement or flex spot.
JuJu Smith-Schuster, Pittsburgh Steelers | 61% OWN
JuJu is the real deal folks. Sorry Martavis but that is exactly the kind of game that you did not want to see.
JuJu ended Week 8 with 10 targets for 7 catches, 193 yards and one touchdown. His stats were bolstered by a monster 97 yard touchdown catch.
It would not shock us if Martavis Bryant gets traded today because it looks like Smith-Schuster has jumped up the depth chart and will get plenty of looks in the Steelers offense over the second half of the season.
Jamison Crowder, Washington Redskins | 53% OWN
The Redskins had a funky week in terms of their offensive production against the Eagles. Kirk Cousins had one of his worst weeks of the season meanwhile Crowder had his best.
Crowder ended Week 8 with 13 targets on 9 catches for 123 yards. Josh Doctson is also in the mix for the Redskins but Crowder has consistently had more targets and more opportunities.
Crowder is likely a WR3 moving forward but should have more opportunities compared to Terrelle Pryor or Doctson.
