Derek Carr Back to Work

Lesley Tedeschi Aug 22nd 3:15 PM EDT.

Derek Carr is back in action for the Raiders and everyone can't wait to see what he does this season. After suffering a broken right fibula last year, the Raiders' season was over. They were strong contenders to make a massive playoff run, after a strong 12-3 season with Carr at the helm.

Derek Carr showed poise, control, and domination on the field, just what the Raiders have been looking for. It was a huge disappointment to see him go down during the Christmas Eve game last year, even if you weren't a Raiders fan it was tough to watch. Carr is back in action and ready to get his team even further this season.

During draft season Carr is an excellent choice for quarterback. He is quickly rising to the top and if last season is any indication of value, Carr will be picked up in the early rounds.

Get ready for opening day.
