Ezekiel Elliott wants NFL to wrap up their probe into domestic violence
The Dallas Cowboys lost an epic game to the Green Bay Packers yesterday, 34 to 31 thanks to a last second field goal by Mason Crosby.
Despite the heartbreaking loss, Ezekiel Elliott wants his suspension of domestic violence case closed by the NFL. The NFL's investigation has gone on all season-long and so far there has been no official word from the NFL.
"I do want closure," Elliott told reporters. "I would rather it not drag on this long. If there was something to find, which there's not, they would've found it by now. The police did a very thorough investigation. I will tell you this -- it just seems like they're dragging their feet right now. Who knows, man? I'm just ready for it to end."
While Elliott said there is nothing to find, his former girlfriend posted pictures of her arms on social media over the summer and tagged Elliott.
The NFL is taking domestic violence very seriously after fumbling the Ray Rice domestic violence case.
