A.J. Green Sits Out Again
The Bengals top wide receiver A.J. Green sat out practice on Wednesday as he is still dealing with a hamstring injury.
Green is likely to miss the next game while he continues to recover. He would like to get back on the field before the end of the season but only time will tell. He was seen working on a side field with trainers so that is a good sign. Even though he did not dress for practice today, he is still moving around on the field. Green is just 36 yards shy of 1,000 yards on the season so coming back would keep his six year streak of over 1,000 yards alive.
The Bengals are sitting at 4-7-1 and with a win this week and a few losses from others in their division, they have a shot at the playoffs. If the stars align right, Green will be back on the field and the Bengals will make their push into the second half of the season, playoffs.
