Victor Cruz is Worth Drafting
The New York Giants finally had Odell Beckham Jr. and Victor Cruz on the same field together.
Cruz has missed most of the past two seasons and has largely been forgotten about in fantasy circles as Beckham became a huge star.
Cruz was on the field for 29 snaps and had one catch for 4 yards as he tries to work his way back into playing shape. Having Beckham on the field with Cruz will certainly allow Cruz easier looks now that he is no longer their #1 receiver.
Cruz used to be a fantasy star when he burst onto the scene in 2011 where he amassed 1,536 yards, 82 receptions, and 9 touchdowns. Do not count ot Cruz for the 2016 campaign and we think is is worth drafting in later rounds.
Cruz is only owned in 29% of leagues and is a sleeper before the season even starts. He is a guy you can stash in your IR slot or the bench if he isn't ready by opening day and see if he pans out.
He has very high upside and should not be ignored. Do yourself a favor and pick him up if he's a free agent in your leagues.
