Russell shows why he is one of the Best

Brant Tedeschi Mar 3rd 2:56 PM EST.

Russell Westbrook had a stellar game last night beating the Phoenix Suns 124-116.

Westbrook finished the game with 43 points, 8 assists, 14 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block, and 5 turnovers in 40 minutes played. It is also the third time all season that Westbrook has gone over 40 points.

Westbrook is having another MVP-type season and reminded fans last night with his awesome play down the stretch to seal the game. Westbrook's numbers are slightly below last year's at this point but still pretty ridiculous.

This season he has 25 PPG, 10 APG, 9.7 RPG, 2 SPG with 36 MPG. Last season he was on pace for a triple double at 32 PPG, 10 APG, 11 RPG, 1.6 SPG with 35 MPG.
