Yogi Ferrell signs two-year deal
We wrote about Yogi Ferrell being a player to target on the waiver wire a few days ago and today the Mavericks are locking him up in a two-year deal according to ESPN.
Last night Ferrell had his best game yet scoring 32 points on 5 assists, 2 rebounds and only 2 turnovers while shooting 65% from the field. That is a game that deserves some attention.
"Our guys love him, and we are thrilled by how well he has been playing," Mavs owner Mark Cuban told ESPN via the Dust messaging app.
The Mavericks will still have to figure out how Ferrell fits in when Deron Williams gets back from his injury but there is no doubt that Ferrell will be with the team for the duration of this season.
Ferrell is still available in 50% of fantasy leagues and should be picked up in all formats.
