T.J. McConnell hits game winner and locks up starting PG
Injuries to Jerryd Bayless and Sergio Rodriguez forced T.J. McConnell into the starting PG role, but his play is keeping him there.
Last night McConnell was left speechless after draining the game winner at the buzzer beating the Knicks 98-97.
“I just, I’m still, you know, just, I can’t even think of a word for it,” McConnell said after the game.
McConnell has been playing great while filling in for the starting point guard role and this game-winner solidifies his spot over Rodriguez as the starter.
McConnell is still available in 49% of fantasy leagues out there and is a must-add player.
