Kris Bryant Suffers Ankle Injury
The Chicago Cubs will be without Kris Bryant after he suffered an ankle sprain in Wednesday night's game. The severity of the injury has not been released, but Bryant is hopeful he will stay of the disabled list.
The injury occurred during the fifth inning, and Bryant exited the game. For now he is listed as day to day with a mild ankle sprain.
Bryant is one of the only players excelling this season, as most of the Cubs are struggling. He has 16 home runs over the course of 74 games, so the MVP is still a strong player and leader on his team.
