Updating a previous item, Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers LB Takeo Spikes (hamstring) was limited during the teamaÂÂs practice Friday, Nov. 20, and he is listed as questionable for Week 11. Spikes is not expected to play and will likely be replaced by LB Matt Wilhelm.
