Our View: Kottaras isn't anything more than depth, and he won't warrant any fantasy consideration. Heis in a better situation in Milwaukee than he would have been in Boston, however.

The nerve, which needed to regenerate, has moved closer to the muscle in his neck that needs to be strengthened. He's still unlikely to be ready for spring training, but it's a sign he may be able to return in 2010.
