Our View: Apparently the Dodgers have even less faith in Billingsley than his fantasy owners did down the stretch. After posting a 3.38 ERA before the All-Star break, he went 3-7 with a 5.20 ERA after the Midsummer Classic. That included an 0-3 record and 5.16 ERA in September.
