Troy E. Renck, of The Denver Post, reports the Colorado Rockies re-signed C Paul Phillips to a minor league deal Friday, Nov. 20. He will make $13,000 a month in the minors and $450,000 if he is on the major league roster. Phillips will also receive an invitation to Spring Training.
