Birmingham boss Eck keen for Benitez to start scoring
Birmingham City boss Alex McLeish is keen for Christian Benitez to find his scoring touch.While pleased for Cameron Jerome after his brace in their win over Blackburn Rovers, Eck hopes Benitez can also start finding the back of the net.'Cameron Jerome was on top form tonight and looked every inch a Premier League player and was a real problem for Blackburn,' he said.'He took his goals well.'It was a scramble for the first one maybe, but the second one was a brilliant finish in the bottom corner after a great pull back from Stephen Carr.'Cameron led the line very well tonight and he and Chucho looked extremely dangerous together and the more they play together the stronger the partnership gets.'It would be good to see Chucho getting a goal.'Again he got in behind big defenders and opened up space for us at times and he's a clever little player.'He'll get his goals he's just got to keep believing.'
