Mason picks up seventh win
Steve Mason put together his second straight solid outing on Saturday as the Blue Jackets defeated the Hurricanes 3-2. Mason made 24 saves to pick up his seventh win of the season.
Our View: It has been a relatively tough year for the young netminder compared to his start last season, but he looks to be more comfortable over the last few games. He showed last year that he has the ability to be elite, and the numbers should start to improve as the season drags on.
