Erik Cole finally got his first goal of the season on Saturday in Carolina's 3-2 loss to Columbus. Cole had failed to register a point in his first five games this year.
Our View: Cole isn't the offensive threat that he once was, but he still has enough ability to get in the goal column every now and again. He doesn't look like much of a fantasy play, but the Hurricanes hope his leadership can light a spark under a struggling team.
