According to the Columbus Dispatch, center Derick Brassard will miss Wednesday's game with a hand injury.
Our View: X-rays on the hand were negative, but it is apparently very swollen and Brassard is in jeopardy of missing Thursday's contest as well. Derek MacKenzie has been recalled from the AHL to fill in while Brassard is laid up.
