Veteran Tight End Seeks Comeback After Late-Season ACL Tear
After suffering a season-ending ACL injury during his 2025 campaign with Washington, 35-year-old veteran Zach Ertz is determined to keep his NFL career alive. He finished last season with 50 receptions for 504 yards and four touchdowns across 13 games before the injury, proving he still has some gas left in the tank.
Currently a free agent, Ertz has expressed a strong desire to return to the field and has openly welcomed a potential reunion with the Philadelphia Eagles to finish his career where it started. Our models show his fantasy value is entirely dependent on his landing spot and recovery progress.
